Order NowExcept as otherwise provided below, drug screening fees are non-refundable. Invalid results caused by lab or vendor error are eligible for a courtesy retest at no additional cost.
Courtesy retests for invalid results
The following results may be eligible for a free of charge retest:
- Shy bladder
- Specimen lost in transit
- Collector error
- Missing or incomplete chain of custody documentation
- Missing required signatures
- Quantity not sufficient (QNS) or specimen damage
- Specimen identification mismatch or missing information
Refund eligibility
Refund eligibility is determined at the sole discretion of Drug Free Compliance. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be issued as full or partial refunds.
Limitations and liability
Drug Free Compliance is not responsible for issues related to refusal to test or failure to follow collection procedures, which may not be eligible for a refund or credit. Drug Free Compliance is not liable for delays, errors, or failures caused by clinic staff, tampering by the individual being tested, laboratories, or shipping providers. In no event shall Drug Free Compliance’s liability exceed the amount paid for the services in question.
